Services include live training sessions, personalized coaching, and workshops. Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the start time. If a session is canceled by Mosaquint, you may choose a full refund or a new session date.

All service payments are processed via secure channels. In cases of service cancellation by you with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be issued due to scheduling constraints and reserved resources.

Digital info products are delivered immediately after purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product has not been downloaded or streamed in full. Once a digital item is accessed completely, it is considered consumed and not eligible for a refund.

5. Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, Mosaquint will issue a refund for the product cost, excluding original shipping fees.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. In lieu of a refund, you may opt for credit toward future services or products. No refunds are available for custom services, final sales, or any sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice.
